There are lots of risks of the father being absent from home. The absence of a father from the home can have significant impacts on the family unit and individual family members, particularly the children. Children who grow up without a father figure in their lives may face increased risks of experiencing emotional, behavioral, and social problems. For example, they may be more likely to develop mental health issues, struggle with academic performance, and engage in risky behaviors such as drug use and early sexual activity.

The absence of a father can also put a strain on the mother's emotional and financial well-being. Mothers may feel overwhelmed with the responsibilities of raising a child alone, and may also face financial challenges if the absent father is not contributing to child support.

Many people prioritize their careers and personal goals, and having children may disrupt these plans. This financial burden can be overwhelming, especially for families with low income or high debt.

There is too much negative information on the internet. While the internet has brought many benefits, including increased access to information and connectivity, it has also brought challenges, including the spread of negative information that can contribute to feelings of hopelessness. The internet is a vast repository of information, and while much of it is positive and helpful, there is also a great deal of negative content that can be overwhelming.

Negative information, such as news stories about global crises, social media content that promotes unrealistic beauty standards or the portrayal of perfect lives, or extremist propaganda, can all contribute to feelings of hopelessness and helplessness. This constant bombardment of negative content can lead to increased anxiety, depression, and feelings of hopelessness.

It is important to recognize the impact that the internet can have on mental health and take steps to manage exposure to negative content. This may include setting boundaries on social media use, seeking out positive and uplifting content, and prioritizing self-care and mental health support.

Playing with kids and working with kids can have different outcomes and benefits. Playing often involves activities that are competitive and focused on winning or achieving a specific goal, such as sports or board games.
